|| Tip: The quickest and easiest way to integrate the Coffee Break app is to use the onboarding guide. The onboarding guide appears directly after the download. Based on our experience, the guide allows you to set up the app in just a few steps. The selected settings can be edited at any time and additional configurations can be added.

1. Install the Coffee-Break ☕️ - Crewting app

Click Add to Slack and choose your Slack workspace.

2. Start a new configuration 🙌

To set up your first Coffee-Break, you will need to start a new configuration. Don't worry, it only takes a minute.

3. Choose your boost 🎙️

The boost is the type of our unique content moderation used in your Coffee-Break. If you don't want to use our interactive moderation, you can also choose the Coffee Kitchen.

4. Configure your Matching Settings ⚙️

There are several matching options to choose from. Simply choose the settings that work best for your team.

|| If you want to add Crewting to a private channel, you must first add the Coffee-Break app to that channel. Please open the specific channel in Slack and add the Coffee-Break Crewting app via integrations.

5. Match now 🪄

There's no need to wait to be matched based on your settings. Match right after setup and dive into your new connections.

The selected settings can be edited at any time and additional configurations can be added.

1. Install the Coffee-Break ☕️ - Crewting app

Search for the Coffee-Break ☕️ - Crewting App via the (+) in the top navigation bar and install it in the team in which you want to match the people:

You will then find Crewting App in the top navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot.

2. Set up the Crewting app

To get started, Crewting requires the profile permissions of your Microsoft account. Grant Crewting the authorisations via Continue:

Jump directly to a specific section:

Link calendar

Link your calendar in the app settings via Link calendar directly over your availabilities so that Crewting can take your personal appointments into account when planning Coffee-Breaks. To do this, click on **Link calendar **and connect your Google or Outlook calendar with Crewting.

Change availability

In the settings of the Coffee-Break app, you will find your availability at which you would like to be invited to Coffee-Breaks with your colleagues.

The default times are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you want to change your availability, you can do so using the slider in the Coffee Break app settings.

Block people

If you do not want to meet a certain person from your workspace in Coffee Breaks, you can block this person. You can find these settings in the user settings under **Don't pair me with **and can be customize
