Deactivate the option for users to block other users:

This function can be found in the admin settings under Other settings

Set the maximum duration of coffee breaks for users

Each user can pause coffee breaks for a specific period of time. This setting can be used to set a limit for this function. In principle, a limit of 1 to 12 months can be set.

Set maximum number of coffee breaks that can be paused by a user

Each user can pause coffee breaks for a certain number of coffee breaks. This setting can be used to set a limit for this function. A limit of 1 to 10 Coffee-Breaks can be set.

Set extended availability

Coffee breaks are always scheduled for the week after matching. In practice, however, it can happen that a calendar is full and no mutual free slots can be found. For this reason, extended availability of 1 to 4 weeks can be set. The system continues to try to find an appointment in the week after matching. If there is no mutual slot, the coffee break is scheduled for the following week, and so on.
