What is a Boost?

Crewting not only brings people together, it also provides a topic of conversation during Coffee-Breaks. You may not know the other participants that well, so your company can use the boost to include personal questions in the Coffee-Breaks, for example, to make it easier to start conversations.

Quiz Coffee

The Quiz Coffee contains personal questions in the Who knows Who quiz that break up the working day through gamification. The quiz has the character of ‘Who wants to be a millionaire’ and connects colleagues in an entertaining way away from the usual business topics.

Icebreaker Coffee

The Icebreaker Coffee contains questions on jointly selected interests that avoid awkward silences during the conversation and create a relaxed atmosphere during the Coffee-Breaks. Are you interested in music, for example? Dive into your musical tastes together.

eyeConnect Coffee

The eyeConnect Boost was developed in collaboration with eyeConnect and is based on a physical game that creates strong connections between participants. In the Coffee-Break you will find exciting questions on various topics that are guaranteed to create common ground.

Just Coffee

Unlike the other boosts, the Just Coffee boost does not contain any content and can be seen as a virtual coffee kitchen. Meet your colleagues and talk about whatever is on your mind! Whether it's about planning the weekend or news from the company - have fun chatting!
