- Your availability will then be updated

Turn off calendar invitations
To stop receiving Coffee-Break invitations for your calendar via email, you need to change this setting under Notifications. Simply uncheck the box and you will no longer receive Crewting notifications via email.

Block people (anonymously)
If you don't want to meet certain people from your organization in Coffee-Breaks, you can also block them. For example, colleagues with whom you sit in the same office and interact with regularly anyway. This setting is anonymous and only you can see it.
How to block another user:
- Open the Crewting app in Slack
- Go to Home
- At the bottom, you will find the setting “Colleagues I don't want to meet”
- Click on Edit
- Search for the person and select them
- Click on Save
