Crewting Setup guide for Microsoft Teams

Tip: The quickest and easiest way to integrate the Coffee Break app is to use the onboarding guide. The onboarding guide will appear immediately after the download, once you have added the app to the desired team. Based on our experience, the guide allows you to set up the app in just a few steps. The selected settings can be edited at any time and additional configurations can be added.

1. Install the Coffee-Break ☕️ - Crewting app

Search for the Coffee-Break ☕️ - Crewting App via the (+) in the top navigation bar and install it in the team in which you want to match the people:





You will then find Crewting App in the top navigation bar, as shown in the screenshot.

2. Set up the Crewting app

To get started, Crewting requires the profile permissions of your Microsoft account. Grant Crewting the authorisations via Continue:



➡️ You must then sign in to Crewting once with your Microsoft account:

3. Start a new configuration via the admin settings of the Crewting app 🙌

To set up the Coffee-Breaks, a new configuration must be started. Don't worry, it only takes a minute.

4. Choose your boost 🎙️

The boost controls our unique content moderation, which immediately breaks the ice between colleagues in Coffee-Breaks. If this is not desired, the Just Coffee boost can be selected without interactive moderation.

5. Configure your Matching Settings ⚙️

There are several matching options to choose from. Simply choose the settings that work best for your team.

6. Match now 🪄

There's no need to wait to be matched based on your settings. Match right after setup and dive into your new connections.
