Reschedule a Coffee-Break

You will receive an invitation to every Coffee-Break in Slack or Microsoft Temas and also by email. Both invitations contain options for rescheduling the Coffee-Break you have already planned.

Reschedule a Coffee-Break in Slack or Microsoft Teams

On the final invitation in Slack or Microsoft Teams, you will find the “Reschedule Coffee-Break” button at the bottom of the notification.



Clicking the button automatically opens the menu where you can select the new appointment. As soon as you have confirmed the new date, all participants will automatically receive an updated invitation.

Reschedule a Coffee-Break via calendar invitation

In every Crewting calendar invitation you will find a link that you can use to open the menu to reschedule the Coffee-Break and move the date.
