Quiz Coffees use gamification to connect colleagues in a fun way.

Invitations to upcoming coffee breaks are sent out every week. Personal calendars are checked and a suitable date is determined by the system to ensure optimal scheduling. Employees can then choose between various suggested dates. At the appropriate time, participants can switch directly from Slack or their calendar to the unique coffee break environment.

The Quiz Coffee boost is a quiz that strengthens team cohesion. In the coffee break environment, all participants can select a personal question and choose four matching questions, only one of which is true. If the right question or answer is not included, participants can also create their own questions and answers.

As soon as all participants are ready, the individual questions about their colleagues are asked. You can then choose between four answers. Those who vote correctly will have one point credited to their account. Quiz Coffees has already provided a lot of fun and a few surprises in the past.

The quiz allows colleagues to get to know each other better through the varied questions and ensures collaborative interaction despite the physical distance in hybrid teams.
