Prices apply to the use of the Crewting app, including all matchmaking and Coffee-Break features.

Key information about the pricing model:

Free for up to 15 active users per workspace with full functionality
€2.50 or $2.70 per active user per month
Unlimited number of campaigns
10% discount for annual subscriptions
Try all features free of charge for 20 days for any number of users

💡 Active users are defined as users who are part of an active campaign and are therefore part of the employee matching process.

How does Crewting pricing work?

The pricing model is flexible and only users who actually use Crewting are charged.

To do this, user numbers are automatically synchronized and linked to the payment system. If a user is added, the pro-rata difference is charged until the end of the month (monthly subscription) or the end of the year (annual subscription).

Similarly, users who leave the team are no longer charged from the next billing interval.

How are new users added and billed?

A channel (Slack) or team (Microsoft Teams) serves as the “participant list” for employee matching. When a user is added to this channel, they are included in the matching process, provided that a campaign is active. Costs are only incurred when a campaign is active.

💡 Important: It can take up to 24 hours for Microsoft Teams to fully add the user.

How are users removed and billed?

A user who has been completely removed from the channel or team is no longer included in employee matching. This means that there are no longer any costs for this user. The same applies if a user is completely removed from Slack or Microsoft Teams. No further costs will be incurred from the following billing period onwards.

💡 Important: It can take up to 24 hours for Microsoft to synchronize the data and for changes to take effect.
