Personal Coffee-Break Settings Microsoft Teams
In this article, you will find information about the personal settings options within the Coffee-Break app for Microsoft Team users:

Pause Coffee-Breaks
You can pause Coffee-Breaks at any time via the Settings under Open personal settings in the Coffee-Break app.
- Go to the Settings
- Open the personal Settings
- Click on “Pause all Coffee-Breaks”
- Select a start date for your break (optional)
- Select an end date for your break
- Click on Create
During your break, you will not be matched for any new Coffee-Beaks, and no Coffee-Breaks will be scheduled during this period.

Deactivate Coffee-Breaks pause
- Open your personal settings
- Click on “Cancel pause”

Individual preferences
You can save individual preferences for each Coffee-Break configuration.
The following settings are possible:
Pause individual Coffee-Breaks
Set individual Coffee-Break frequency
Pause for a specific number of Coffee-Breaks
Deactivate individual Coffee-Break settings

Pause individual Coffee-Breaks
- Click on Manage preferences
- Select "Pause this Coffee-Break" from the drop-down menu
- Select a start date for your break (optional)
- Select an end date for your break
- Click Create

Set individual Coffee-Break frequency
- Click Manage settings
- Select “Set up your custom Coffee-Break frequency” from the drop-down menu
- Select your desired frequency.
- Click Create

Pause for a specific number of Coffee-Breaks
- Click on Manage settings
- Select “Pause for a specific number of Coffee-Breaks” from the drop-down menu
- Select how many Coffee-Breaks you want to pause
- Click on Create

Deactivate individual Coffee-Break settings
The functions “Pause individual Coffee-Break,” “Set individual Coffee-Break frequency,” and “Pause for a specific number of Coffee-Breaks” can be deactivated again by clicking on the X next to the corresponding note:
