To receive invitations through our chatbot, you will need to sign in to the Coffee-Break app once. You can find the Coffee-Break app in the navigation bar at the top of your team in MS Teams.

Change availability

In the settings of the Coffee-Break app, you will find your availability at which you would like to be invited to Coffee-Breaks with your colleagues.

The default times are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you want to change your availability, you can do so using the slider in the Coffee Break app settings.

Block people

If you do not want to meet a certain person from your workspace in Coffee Breaks, you can block this person. You can find these settings in the user settings under Don't pair me with and can be customized to your needs at any time. If you cannot find the settings, they have been deactivated by your company.
