Invitations to the coffee break are sent out weekly. To ensure the best possible scheduling, personal calendars are checked and a suitable date is determined by the system. Participants can then choose between various suggested dates. In addition, a suitable topic can be selected for the Icebreaker Coffee. The selection is made up of various interests, so there is guaranteed to be something suitable for everyone.

At the appropriate time, participants can switch directly from Slack or their calendar to the unique Coffee Break environment. In the coffee break itself, exciting questions are asked on the chosen topic to stimulate conversation. Thanks to content moderation, there will never be awkward silences in virtual meetings again.

The Icebreaker Coffee strengthens relationships between colleagues and by taking into account the interests of the participants, conversations are created in which employees are happy to participate.
