To receive invitations through our chatbot, you will need to sign in to the Coffee-Break app once. You can find the Coffee-Break app in the navigation bar at the top of your team in MS Teams.

Your availability

In the settings of the Coffee-Break app you will find your availability to which you would like to be invited to Coffee-Breaks with your colleagues.

The default times are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you want to change the availability, you can do so in the Coffee-Break app settings.

Scheduling

Depending on your company's settings, the Coffee-Break will be scheduled automatically and you will receive the final invitation directly or you will receive 5 suggested dates from which you can choose your favorite directly in Microsoft Teams.

If you forget to choose, our system will automatically schedule the Coffee-Break if your company has enabled this setting.

Invitation

You will always receive Coffee-Break invitations in Microsoft Teams via the chatbot and via a calendar invitation to your email.

On the invitation itself, you can see who you have been matched with for the upcoming week and which boost has been activated for the Coffee-Break.

The boost can, for example, contain personal questions that make it easier to start the conversation and appear in the Coffee-Break.

Reschedule the Coffee-Break

Of course, appointments are postponed in everyday life. That's why you can also reschedule Crewting appointments directly via the invitation in Microsoft Teams via Reschedule appointment or reschedule them from the calendar invitation.

Participation

Join directly via Microsoft Teams or via your business calendar!

Crewting will send you a reminder 60 and 5 minutes before the appointment so that you can join the Coffee-Break directly. You will also find a link in your calendar invitation that you can use to join the Coffee-Break.
