How long does it take to implement Crewting?
Typically, it's integrated into your Slack or MS Teams workspace within 5-10 minutes. Because we want the best result for each of our clients, we are happy to assist you with a quick onboarding call to get the most out of your experience!
Is Crewting GDPR compliant?
Yes, we are GDPR compliant. As we are a German company, we take care of our customers' data. Crewting is hosted in Germany!
Which plans of Crewting are available?
We offer a free plan and a premium plan. The free plan is for small teams or startups. The Premium plan is for small to medium sized businesses and enterprises.
What kind of teams is Crewting for?
Crewting is designed for distributed workforces, enterprises, communities, and even universities.
Is Crewting for remote teams only?
No, Crewting also works in hybrid teams and distributed teams.
Who has permission to edit Crewting configurations?
The person who adds the application to the specific workspace has Admin privileges and can edit the configurations. The person with Admin privileges can add other Admins. In Slack, any admin of the workspace automatically has Admin permissions.
Can I change the group size?
Yes, Crewting is highly customizable in how the system connects the people. You can set up group sizes from 2 to 12 people!
What is a boost?
We believe that Matching is more than just bringing people together. Our approach includes different types of moderation within the Coffee-Breaks to create meaningful connections between attendees. Each boost is a different type of moderation. So you can add conversation starters, quizzes, or fun prompts to your Coffee-Breaks.
How does my team schedule their Crewting meetings?
The scheduling process is automated. This means that once set up, the system connects people based on the specific settings, for example, once a week on Tuesdays. Then, the participants of each Coffee-Break receive their invitations for the next meeting based on their personal availability. If they want, they can choose one of the suggested time slots for the next week. We guarantee a match, because if the system doesn't receive a response, it will automatically schedule the appointment. There is also a fully automated process or a fully manual process. Of course, anyone can connect the business calendar to Crewting.
What video platform do you use?
What makes Crewting special is that it includes a unique meeting place. Many people are tired of just another MS Teams, Google or Zoom meeting, so we designed our own video platform to create a space where distributed teams can come together. The magic happens automatically, so you don't have to sign up for it. It's as easy as joining an MS Teams or Google meeting - just click the link in your calendar or the notification in your workspace and you're in.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes everything you need for small teams. It works for teams of up to 15 users and includes all Crewting features!
What does the Premium plan include?
The Premium plan is for any team larger than 15 people. It doesn't matter if you are a startup or an enterprise, we have no user limit and grow with your needs. In the premium plan we charge per user and it includes all features and premium support.
How many configurations can I create?
There are no configuration limits, so you can set up as many matching campaigns as you want!
Can I customize the calendar invite?
Yes, you can customize the name of the calendar invite if you want to.

Does it work across time zones?
Yes, Crewting works across time zones. Some of the workforces we work with are spread all over the world!
What does it cost?
The Crewting Premium plan costs 2.50 € or 2,70 $ per user per month. The pricing is super flexible and you only pay for the users that actually use Crewting. Here you can find our pricing.**
