Analytics in Microsoft Teams
This article is for Crewting admins and explains the different analytics available for viewing coffee break data.
ℹ️ You can find the Crewting app in Microsoft Teams here: Microsoft Teams > Chat list > Crewting > App
There are two different analytics available:

Coffee Break Analytics
The coffee break analytics display data on participation, pairings, and trends. At the top right, you can filter by individual campaigns and a specific time period. The individual KPIs are explained below.
Coffee-Breaks: This metric represents the number of matches created.
Participants: This is the total number of people participating in the initiative.
Unique pairs: This shows the number of unique connections that have been made through coffee breaks in the company.
Repeated Coffee-Breaks: This is the total number of pairs who have already met for a second time.
Postponed Coffee-Breaks: This shows how often coffee breaks are postponed.
Average Coffee-Breaks: This number indicates the average number of coffee breaks per participant.

Crewting Meet Insights
These metrics are only available for Crewting Meet.
Total meeting duration: Total time of all coffee breaks that took place within Crewting Meet.
Average meeting duration: Number shows the average time of a coffee break in Crewting Meet.
Trends
The dashboard can be used to display trends for various metrics. To do this, first select the relevant metric in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. The corresponding trend will then be displayed. The following options are available:
- Coffee breaks created
- Participants
- Postponed coffee breaks
- Total meeting time
- Average meeting time
Champions
The Champions overview shows the employees who have participated in coffee breaks most frequently. A maximum of ten people are displayed in the dashboard.
Match history
The match history displays the individual matching rounds and their results. Admins can see exactly which people were matched in each round and view the status of each match. The search box at the top right can be used to search for specific people, displaying all matches for that person. A match can have the following statuses:
- Created
- Scheduled
- Postponed
- Completed
Calendar Integrations Analytics
These analytics display the activities of the calendar integrations and their status. Admins can see exactly which connections were successful and for which users the workspace calendar integration failed. If a connection fails, an error message and the reason for the error are displayed for the respective user.
Permissions for the personal calendar can be granted or denied by each user themselves. For this reason, personal calendars are only displayed as a total number.
